A Blondeing

Water opens without end
At the bow of the ship
Rising to descend
Away from it

Days become one
I am who I was
-Samuel Menashe

every act of creation is first an act of destruction- Pablo Picasso
The man writes to be elsewhere
(Metaphoric) pen scribbles
a duel against existence
I cant imagine a heaven without mango- Paramahansa Yogananda

Its all so befuddled sometimes.
the aches
the groggy roll back into the comforter
the return to surrender
Its all supposed to be permanent.

I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom
of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time.-Jack London
